Phase 1 : Discovery Call
We will get to know each other, talk about your business. If everything clicks we will book a spot for you in my calendar.
Phase 2 : Gathering of the Materials
I will give you a list of everything I need to start building you website and finish it on time: images, video, text content (copy), logo, fonts and color if you have them etc.
Phase 3 : 1st week design
On day 1 we will hop on a kickoff call and then I will build the home page of your website. After feedback I will build the entire website, which I will present to you on Friday.
Phase 4 : 2nd week design
The whole second week will consist of rounds of feedbacks & edits, where we will make your website look as you want it to.
Phase 5 : Offboarding
It’s time to celebrate! On Friday of second week we will launch. We will have a call where I will teach you everything you need to know about your new website.

BRAND STRATEGY

Phase 2 : Deep Research
On the first day of design process we will have a kick off call, where we will in depth discuss your business. This will help me conduct a through market, competitor and client research. In the end of 1st week I will provide you with brand direction guide with all the information I gathered and 2 options of moodboards, each will present a possible direction of your future brand visuals.
Phase 3 : Brand design
Based on the chosen moodboard I will pick brand colors, fonts and design full logo suite, and brand pattern and illustrations.
Phase 4 : Revisions
The whole third week will consist of rounds of feedbacks & edits, where we will finalize your brand strategy.
Phase 5 : Offboarding
Your brand strategy is complete. I will provide you with all the necessary files and materials so you can use your new branding with confidence.

VIP DESIGN DAY
How does it work: you give me your prioritized digital to-do list and in 4-8 hours I tackle as many of them as possible. On your booked day, I work exclusively on your project - no distractions, no multitasking.
It is perfect for: Website polish or section redesigns, brand touch-ups (like new color palettes or social templates), Audits + strategic recommendations, small design tasks you’ve been putting off
It is not perfect for: full page design or redesign, complex e-commerce builds, deep strategy work
